Dogs in Japan will have something to look forward to in their old age; a nursing home made just for them. For about $800 a month owners can put Fido in a nursing home with round-the-clock care when their favorite pet becomes too old to stay at home anymore. Not only will their favorite pooch be attended to by doctors, but also teams of puppies will be on hand to make Fido feel younger himself. The Soladi Care Home for pets opens Friday, according to a statement issued by the company and the Endo Veterinary clinic in Tochigi, eastern Japan, the Associated Press reports.

The Jaguar Sovereign, a 1992 model in Westminster blue, went under the hammer along with 30 other vintage cars in the sale at Manchester's Simon Charles Auctioneers. The vehicle - made to order for Buckingham Palace - sold for a modest $12,065, well under the price expected by the auctioneers.

A farm dog in eastern China has been nursing three newborn tiger triplets along with her own pups after the tigers' mother rejected them shortly after they were born. The dog, a mixed breed named Huani, has nursed other tigers in the past. Officials at Jinan Paomaling Wild Animal World in Shandong province said it is not uncommon for zoos to use dogs to nurse tigers who are rejected by their mothers.

Moreover, the uncle-nephew pair were born just few minutes apart from each other at the same hospital and were delivered by the same doctor. Gresh and her mother Theresa Crouse, 39, who reside in the same duplex, came to know of their pregnancy together and on Monday, they even gave birth to their boys almost together.
