Dr. Akiva Abraham of Clifton Park, NY is in a heap of trouble with the New York Board for Professional Medical Conduct after being handed down a punishment for having sex in a hospital waiting room and inducing a pregnant patient's labor so he could keep his vacation plans booked.

The Board found Dr. Abraham morally unfit to practice medicine as well as guilty of practicing medicine negligently, filing false reports and failing to maintain accurate records.

According to the board's report the doctor had a "five-month sexual relationship in 2002 with a troubled 25-year-old woman he was treating, including encounters with her in his office and in a waiting room at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany for doctors on call where he was on-staff.

Abraham is appealing the board's decision, and is no longer an attending physician at St.Peter's.
