Police in the Rochester suburb of Greece, charge Robert Ross, 38, with unlawful surveillance, after two teenage girls accuse him of using a camera hidden in his shoes to peek into a dressing room where they were trying on clothes.

What makes this a special case is the fact that Ross is a drug investigator for a local police narcotics unit.

Ross fled The Mall at Greece Ridge Center after being confronted by mall security. He was arrested a short time later.

He is an eleven-year veteran of the Newark police department. Village police department officials say Ross has been suspended without pay.

The law Ross was busted under was implemented in 2003 after a kindergarten teacher in Newark was caught videotaping two girls while they undressed in a closet.
