A sweet 16 party for a police officer's daughter turned sour when celebrants clashed with party crashers and 200 people began brawling in the street, throwing punches and firing guns.

Police officers from six agencies responded to the 911 call placed by the father.

Tarrytown, New York police blamed outsiders for the violence and say that they recovered four shell casings from a car that had its windows shot out.

No injuries were reported.
