A family of four that had been having financial struggles was found dead of an apparent murder-suicide with a suicide note inside their one-story home.

Police found Mark Meeks, 51, his wife, Jennifer Dallas-Meeks, 40 and their daughter Abbigail, 8, and son Jimmy, 5, shot to death in the family home after concerned relatives called and asked police to check on the family.

Meeks reportedly had recently been called back to his job on the night shift as a service advisor at a Honda dealership after being earlier laid off because the business was struggling financially.

Relatives were unsure of what his employment status was and police won't disclose the contents of the suicide note, according to reports.
