An Orlando Sentinel report claims a 46-year-old man is in critical condition at Orlando Regional Medical Center after trying to stop a vehicle leaving a business without paying for gasoline.

According to the report, Florida Highway Patrol Authorities responded to the Lucky Food Store at 1212 Silver Star Road, Ocoee, Thursday at 8:09 p.m. after a man was injured while he attempted to stop a white Ford pickup that tried to leave the business without paying for gas.Nilesh Kumar Rae of Orlando, a relative of the store's owners, Jason and Tracy Amin, tried to stop the vehicle.

He grabbed hold of the left rear of the pickup and fell off. He suffered severe head injuries and was airlifted to ORMC.
