Man Finally Gets Replacement For His Million Mile Car

After having driven over a million miles on his Saab car and donating it to a museum in Wisconsin, the Swedish car maker decided to give him a replacement car for his next million. Salesman Peter Gilbert got more than what he wished for when he received a brand new Saab 9-5 Aero after having owned a Saab 900 for over 17 years. "I am on cloud nine right now. This is exactly the car I wanted," Gilbert said.

Judge Dismisses "Meowing" Harassment Case

A judge on Monday dismissed a harassment charge against a teenage boy whose 78-year-old neighbor accused him of repeatedly "meowing" at her. Alexandra Carasia said that every time she went outside the 14-year-old would meow at her like a cat. The boy's mother said the family had owned a cat they had to get rid of after Carasia told police it was using her flower garden as a litter box. The boy claimed he only meowed at his elderly neighbor twice, but Carasia testified that the meowing occurred every time they they encountered each other.

Volunteer Firefighter Admits To Intentionally Setting Fires

A volunteer firefighter pleaded guilty Wednesday to three felony counts of arson, including setting fire to homes owned by her mother, who happens to be the local fire chief. Rita Neveau, 33, told the court she set the fires because of abuse she suffered as a child. Police say Neveau suited up to help put out many of the fires she later admitted she started.

Teenager Steals Bus, Picks Up Passengers, And Pockets The Cash

A 15-year-old boy was arrested after he stole a bus and began driving a route and collecting fares from passengers along a public transit route on Saturday. Authorities said the boy was arrested during incident. The teenager, Ritchie Calvin Davis, drove the bus from the Central Florida Fairgrounds in Orlando, where it was pending an auction sale. The bus is owned by Central Florida Transportation Agency.
