A reward is being offered for the return of giraffe statue that was stolen from an Oviedo miniature golf course.

The 6-foot statue was stolen from the Tee-It-Up Driving Range on Mitchell Hammock Road in Oviedo.

Officials believe that the thieves took the statue Saturday night without anyone seeing them. The owner says the thieves also tried to take a zebra, but didn't get away with it.

Owner Nick Franze is upset by the apparent prank.

"It's upsetting to see something like this get stolen from us after we put so much into it."

The statue cost $700 and Franze is offering a $300 reward.
