Police in Florida are all smiles after arresting a woman for unlawfully selling and fitting customers with gold teeth caps in a dirty back room. Customers have been coming to the Blue Diamond Jewelry shop for a month to get "grills," or jewelry for their mouth. Often, customers got more than they paid for when they developed severe infections following the unlicensed procedures.

A six-year-old boy was accidentally left behind by his family while they celebrated his birthday party at a restaurant. The judge ruled Monday that the boy will temporarily remain in state custody.

A Southern California oceanfront home is pegged at $75 million for sale listing price, Tuesday. An analyst with the National Association of Realtors told Reuters that the 30,000-square-foot custom-built estate belongs to Frank Pritt, founder of software company Attachmate Corp. The estate features a car museum, entertainment complex, gymnasium and mini water park.

In what is the talk of the town, an unemployed man that won a Powerball jackpot may be broke again as his $1. 2 million Florida home is scheduled to be on the auction block May 22. The Palm Beach Post has tried to contact David Lee Edwards to no avail.

"The Siren," a life-size statue of a large-breasted mermaid that was the marquee exhibit at the Wellington Community Center's Public Places program, is no longer wanted on the premises. The statue attracted attention from the media when it was first debuted last summer, including air play devoted to it on CNN and a mention in Playboy.
