"Big Brother" is watching. According to the "Palm Beach Post" newspaper, a local police agency in South Florida was most likely the authority who first mistook the e-mail sent by a member of a Lake Worth area group, The Truth Project, to the Pentagon as a possible terrorist suspect. The anti-terror program of the Pentagon checked out the group and the source of the e-mail, and has since apologized to the group. Specifics of the e-mail letter were not revealed to the media.

A giant alligator was found far from the swamp, to the astonishment of onlookers and experts alike. A 13 foot, 2 inch alligator took trappers almost two hours to recover behind the Columbia Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.

According to the Palm Beach Post, Mack McCormick, 59, received a postcard Monday that was dated with a 1956 postmark marked "return to sender. " McCormick did not originally send the postcard however his address is the same as the original sender's address.

A Florida state child abuse investigator was notified Monday that she will be fired for taking her clothes off on Howard Stern's radio show. According to DCF spokeswoman Marilyn Munoz, Palm Beach County investigator Alison Cushman was notified by the Department of Children and Family services and told she has 10 days to contest her firing
