Satnam Singh is an illegal immigrant who is currently serving time in an Ohio federal prison on a passport crime, but he is about to be sent to Florida to serve additional charges where he will receive a haircut against his religious beliefs. The Florida state penal code requires any incoming male prisoners to receive short haircuts and a close shave.

An Australian man who has been convicted of receiving funds from al-Qaeda reveals in an interview that the world's most wanted terrorist, Osama Bin Laden, is a polite, humble and shy man. The 32-year-old, who has been dubbed "Jihad Jack" by the Australian media, was found guilty of possessing a false passport, although the jury rejected two counts of intentionally providing resources to a terrorist organization.

A Thai prostitute was spared a caning penalty after doctors told authorities that "he" had actually become a "she". Mongkon Pusuwan, accused of dealing drugs, was previously identified in a passport as a male. However, a doctor confirmed for the Thai court that Pusuwan had undergone a sex change operation and was officially a female.

A Florida high school teen has decided to see the war-torn destruction of Iraq by going to the country by himself - as a tourist. Farris Hassan, 16, a student of Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was inspired by his "immersion journalism" to take the trip. Farris left America three weeks ago, using money given to him by his parents, but opted not to tell them about his plans.
