A South Carolina teacher is behind bars, accused of having sex with an 11-year-old student. The elementary school teacher was arrested and charged Friday with two counts of criminal sexual conduct. Authorities say the teacher had sex with the little boy at least twice inside the school. The teacher resigned shortly before she was arrested. She had been with the school district for nine years.

An 82-year-old animal lover was arrested this week amid allegations he grabbed and brandished a trapper's gun during an argument over a skunk. Lou Kessler was arrested and released after being charged with misdemeanor counts of using a firearm in a fight and disturbing the peace.

A judge could be jailed for offering to can a woman's boyfriend so they could have more time to continue their affair. Reports indicate the pair had dinner together during the trial and the 63-year-old judge then began texting "Ms. L" with suggestive messages like, "I'm kissing you awake" and "Alone with you in bed. I want to drag you into bed before breakfast and sleep with you. "

Peace activist Cindy Sheehan, who is best known for the vigil held last summer outside President Bush's Crawford ranch, has said she would consider running against California Sen. Dianne Feinstein. Sheehan said her run for Feinstein's seat would be in protest of the lawmaker's support of the President and of the war in Iraq.

A Georgia man brought his own doughnuts to a lobby and ended up with an assault charge. The man drove his car through the lobby of Tunica's Gold Strike Casino and did doughnuts with his car.
