Feds Bust Bogus Male-Enhancement, Prescription Drugs Ring
A U.S. district court issued Tuesday a temporary injunction stopping a New Zealander and a Texan from sending billions of spam e-mails to sell their bogus male-enhancement and other prescription drugs. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois also froze the assets of four companies owned by Lance Atkinson, a New Zealand citizen living in Australia, and Jody Smith of Texas, in response to the petition of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Kentucky Doctor Sued After Amputating Penis Instead Of Circumcising
A Kentucky man is suing a doctor for amputating his penis with out permission. Phillip Seaton, 61, was scheduled for a circumcision to treat inflamation. He claims he told Dr. John Patterson not to remove anything but the foreskin before the medical staff administered general anesthesia.

Canadian court ended hearings this Wednesday of what observers see as a case that pits freedom of expression with safeguarding children. Experts Say Story Of Russian Spammer's "Assasination" Is A Hoax
Security experts have debunked the reported assassination of a Russian spammer and called it a hoax. On Thursday, a blog post on the website Loonov.com claimed a spammer named Alexey Tolstokozhev was shot in the head, "a clear mark of Russian hit men." The news even made it to the popular technology website Slashdot.org, saying "Alexy Tolstokozhev was recently found murdered in his palatial spam-bought estate near Moscow. The implications of this hands-on method of system administration are staggering."
Man's Penis Nearly Severed By Jealous Wife
A 47-years-old Indonesian migrant worker was sentenced by Malaysian court to six months imprisonment for nearly severing her husband's penis because of excessive jealousy Wednesday, police said. The deputy chief of Johor state's criminal investigations department Che Yussof Che Ngah said Umidah Setu, an Indonesian migrant worker based in Malaysia, pleaded guilty Tuesday in the southern city of Johor Bahru to voluntarily causing harm.
