A middle-aged man from Denver, Colorado has been nicknamed "Panty Burglar" by the police after he was found guilty on Monday for stealing women's undergarments, pictures and other personal belongings. Police arrested Carlos Vigil and charged him with seven counts of second-degree burglary in three separate cases. He reportedly sneaked into the houses through various other options like basement doors and windows.

A four-year-old boy has become pen pals with Britain's Queen Elizabeth. Tom Stancombe started exchanging letters with the monarch after he released a balloon, carrying his name and address, at a school fete and it landed in the grounds of Windsor Castle. The queen spotted the balloon and asked her personal assistant, Angela Kelly, to write a letter on her behalf.

An 83-year-old woman from Florida was lured into revealing her personal information by another woman who made her smoke crack and then used that information to have a credit card in her name. According to investigators, Theresa M. Stanley-Morgan, 41, is now charged of getting the elderly woman Shirley Hathaway to smoke the drug at least twice so she could run up at least $3,200 in charges.

The Philippine Justice chief has proven again that he is the ultimate defender of the beleaguered Arroyo administration. On Tuesday, Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez vowed to sell chickens to raise the $210 reward he promised to barangay (village) chieftains who can deliver a 12-0 sweep for the pro-administration senatorial bets. Gonzales, who owns a livestock farm in Iloilo province said, "It's easy. This is just one [chicken] harvest. I can have the funds I need to support the [administration] candidates. "
