A dog makes for some unusual property to be included in a home sale, but that's exactly what happened when Rocky's home was sold. The dog is credited with sealing the deal in a Missouri home sale. Jared and Whittnie Essner were house hunting when they discovered their dream home and favorite new pooch.

Lachey Seeking Simpson Support

According to divorce papers, Nick Lachey is seeking spousal support from his former "Newlywed" wife Jessica Simpson, and he wants his jewelry back. Lachey, reportedly also asked for "miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects," and part of Simpson's earnings from after the date of separation and other assets.

Morgan Stanley Exec Tried to Become Batboy

A top executive at Morgan Stanley tried to use his company's connections to become a New York Yankees honorary batboy. Guy Chiarello wanted to celebrate his 20th anniversary with Morgan Stanley at Yankee Stadium. To achieve his goals, he sent a number of e-mails to Robert Nederlander Jr. , whose father is a part-owner of the Yankees. Chiarello, the investment bank's chief technology officer, suggested that many of his 1,500 employees would buy tickets or contribute to a charitable donation on behalf of the team. He also said he would not mind being part of the grounds crew working to the strains of YMCA.

Teen Flies Home From Iraq

After experiencing the most adventurous - and dangerous - trip of a lifetime, Farris Hassan headed home Friday after a whirlwind trip to Iraq. Hassan used his savings and bought a $900 plane ticket to Kuwait as part of his personal mission to travel to the war-torn country. He was taken to the American embassy after wandering into an Associated Press office in Baghdad. Hassan had been in the care of the embassy since that time.

Father Turned-In By Sons Gets 40 Years

The darker half of Alfred Ginglen's life began to unfold in 2004, after his police officer son recognized him in a surveillance image. A life that a personal diary would show included visits with prostitutes, a secret girlfriend, and an addiction to crack. On Thursday, Ginglen was sentenced to 40 years in prison for a string of bank robberies after being turned in by his own sons. Authorities say he needed the extra cash to support his double life.
