Police are charging a mother for killing the stepfather of a boy who hit her son during a street dancing contest. On Tuesday, Patricia Heyward, 39, was charged with murder and related counts after surrendering to authorities.

Police say a man was shot to death in a dispute that stemmed from a dance contest, after his teenage stepson hit another boy while performing flailing dance moves. Donald Clyburn, 41, was shot in the head near his home in the city's Kensington neighborhood. Police have issued a warrant for the mother of the boy who was hit in the contest. Patricia Hayward, 39, is wanted on murder charges. The dispute began when Clyburn's stepson, Alex Ledino, hit another boy with his elbow on Nov. 15 during an impromptu neighborhood contest, the Philadelphia Daily News

The son of Miami's police chief is arrested for trying to buy 400 pounds of marijuana from an undercover federal agent. 25-year old Sean Timoney of Philadelphia reportedly gave the agent a gym bag filled with about $450,000 in cash. Sean is the son of John Timoney, who was Philadelphia's police chief before becoming Miami's chief.

To highlight a year's hard work in training bartenders all over the world, InBev brought together a selection of international finalists for the annual Stella Artois World Draught Master Competition, a contest that rewards the world's best pourer of Belgian beers. The highly-anticipated competition took place on October 28th, 2005 at the Vaudeville Theater in Brussels, Belgium, capital of the beer loving community. The Stella Artois World Draught Master title has this year been awarded to Jessica Waltz, a 27-year-old bartender at Ten Stone in Philadelphia. Michel Denayer - Belgium (1st runner-up) and Irwin Pang from Singapore rounded out the top 3 (2nd runner-up).
