The Pussycat Dolls won't be real dolls for kids. A group called Dads and Daughters objected because the musical group is known for its risque lyrics and skimpy outfits.

Toymaker Hasbro released a statement to The Associated Press that says the company has decided the dolls were "inappropriate" to market and that the Pussycat Dolls appealed to a more mature audience.

The Pussycat Dolls, recognized as "L.A.'s hottest cabaret ticket of the year" by People magazine, is a burlesque flavored revue that debuted at Johnny Depp's Viper Room in 1995.
