A highly adventurous couple, who decided to have sex on top of a crane, could not succeed in their plan when a police officer found out about them.

The pair, who was caught making out over the weekend on top of a 100-foot construction crane, was however allowed to go with a warning. The matter came into light Saturday night when some bystanders spotted the couple climbing into the cab of the crane and decided to call the police.

According to AP reports, the police officer who asked the couple to come down noticed that the couple was naked. They first got dressed and then climbed down.

The man said he went up on the crane to photograph the skyline. He was one of the workers who worked on the construction site and had keys to the crane.
