A jaded husband took revenge on his wife and her lover when she told him she was leaving to be with the other man. Robert Avery McClain, 34, a Los Angeles Deputy, was charged with aggravated mayhem, torture and sodomy after holding the couple at knifepoint in the leasing office where the wife, whose name has not been released, worked.

Police have arrested a mother and daughter for allegedly prostituting themselves on Craig's List. A sting operation landed 38-year-old Traci Young and her daughter, Tami Smith, 22, in jail when an undercover officer made an appointment with the women, went to their home, and allegedly made an agreement to pay $200 to have sex with both of them.

Man Burns In-Laws To Death In Austria

An Austrian man allegedly killed his in-laws when he set their home on fire with a flame-thrower. He then attempted suicide by stabbing himself in the stomach. Austrian police told reporters that the 48-year-old man poured gasoline in a room in the 84-year-old couple's home before lighting a propane gas bottle and throwing it into the gasoline. The woman was a diabetic amputee and was burned alive. Her husband managed to escape, but his body was found lying on a bench near the couple's home.

Jury Finds Lingerie Model Guilty Of Attempted 'Bra-bery'

A jury in Portland, Oregon has found a 25-year-old lingerie model guilty of attempting to bribe an officer when officers informed her that her car would be towed because her license had been suspended. But Joy Sartin told the court she was just pulling out some bills inside her bra which she also use to keep her money because she was not carrying any purse at that time.

New York Man Arrested After Victim Tracked Him Remotely

The New York police arrested a man who stole somebody's laptop after the owner was able to track his whereabouts via remote. Police said the 34-year-old suspect was arrested after the owner of the laptop he stole used a remote access software to log on everyday to his missing laptop and monitor its usage.
