A Dominican priest in Poland has introduced a new Catholic prayers aimed at teenagers, including a prayer for God's assistance to avoid trash talking when drunk.

The prayer reads, "Lord, if in an unsober state, and under the influence of those around me, I say something stupid, please give me strength to retract my words. Protect me against senseless bravado and pride."

The prayer booklet was released in Poland by Dominican monk Wojciech Jedrzejewski. However, the booklet has angered the Polish Catholic community as well as national media.

Father Jedrzejewski defends his work and said,"This book will make it easier for young people to meet with God."

Other prayers in the book ask God if boys really have to be rude to girls and teachers in order to get peer respect.

The prayer reads, "Let me not be guided by idiotic notions of loyalty, if they might lead to evil."
