An MP3 player bought from a Wal-Mart store in Tennessee has shocked a 10-year-old girl, who saw pornographic videos and heard songs about using drugs from the device when she played it.

The girl's father, Daryl Hill, who bought three of the players as Christmas presents for his children, has complained with the store in Sparta. His daughter cried upon seeing the obscene videos and the father is at a loss on how to erase the explicit images from her young mind.

The MP3 player was apparently returned to the store by a buyer, who had loaded the pornographic clips and explicit songs to the device. Hill is demanding an explanation from Wal-Mart how the player got its way back to the sales floor when the store is not supposed to sell opened merchandise.

Cbsnews.com quoted an unnamed spokesman of the Wal-Mart store as saying they are investigating the incident.

The store offered to replace the MP3 player but Hill refused. He is holding on to the device until he talks with a lawyer.
