A panel has reinstated a high school teacher who was fired for looking at porn on a school computer. An arbitration panel says science teacher Robert Zellner, will return to Cedarburg High School, over the school board's objections.

A Brazilian man was on trial Friday for distributing pornography out of a condominium in an upscale Orlando neighborhood. Postal inspectors had been investigating the international porno ring since 2003.

A Chicago man has been arrested after police say he downloaded child pornography onto his boss' computer, and tried to frame his superior for the crime. According to Cook County Assistant State's Attorney Kathy Muldoon, Maurice Vallejo, 36, was upset his boss didn't want a sexual relationship with him, and that anger was his motivation for the crime.

A janitor at Center Area Middle School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania has been arrested for making his own child pornography using a peephole in the girl's bathroom. Janitor Phillip Winkle installed a camera to record 600 video images of girls and women using the toilet, and has pleaded guilty in U. S. District Court to child porn charges.

A 39-year-old Virginia man is facing 150 years in prison after being convicted of sexually exploiting a minor and operating child pornography Web sites. Gregory John Mitchel was sentenced in federal court Friday. He pled guilty to the charges in January. He has prior convictions of child pornography crimes.
