A former lottery winner who was facing tax fraud charges died broke early this month, reports said on Thursday. Alex Toth, who won the a $13 million jackpot nearly two decades ago, died early this month, his attorney Bjorn Brunvand is quoted by in a report by the Suncoast News. He was scheduled to stand trial in June for filing fake tax forms together with his wife, Rhoda.

A total of 30 pans were reportedly stolen from a Pizza Hut. According to local officials, the incident was first discovered when pizza store employees arrived for work to discover that all of the pans needed to make pizzas had disappeared.

A man already arrested for running naked up and down a local street was further charged for kicking puddles of urine on deputies questioning him on his streaking. Early Wednesday morning authorities of Arapahoe County received reports of a man running naked in the street.
