Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi plans to introduce a bill to parliament that would allow women to take the throne. The woman dubbed the "cell phone bandit," because of security camera images of her robbing banks while using a cell phone, is identified as 19-year-old Candice Rose Martinez. According to the Loudoun County sheriff's office, warrants for her arrest have been issued.

Taking the cell phone craze to a whole new level, a woman was accused Friday of robbing four banks in suburbs around the District of Columbia - while talking on her cell phone. Authorities say the woman, casually dressed with dark sunglasses and cellular phone to her ear, walked up to the tell counter at each of the banks, showed the teller a handgun hidden in her purse and demanded money.
