Krystal Long and Casey Isringhouse have won college scholarships, thanks to their ingenious prom outfits, made completely out of duct tape. The 18-year-olds won a national contest for designing and creating their outfits, which they based on the Pablo Picasso painting, "Girl Before a Mirror. "

A high school senior is regreting his decision to wear a prom dress to his prom after being cited $249 for disorderly conduct, suspended for three days, and benched for his last track meet. According to a police report is was more then the dress that landed the 18-year-old into trouble. School district administrator Jim Gottinger claims senior Kerry Lofy was dancing provocatively in a sexual manner while donning the dress.
