If you can prove you're still a virgin you can get into a New York City off-Broadway play free. Proof comes at the hands of a hypnotist who the play's producer has hired to screen the people standing in line to see his 90-minute comedy titled "My First Time."
The virgin status check serves as a lead into the play's subject, "which is to get people to talk about their first sexual experience, something that almost any person on the planet has in common, whether in the United States or Rome," said Ken Davenport, 34, according to AP reports.
He said that he based the play on a decade-old Web site that encourages people to share anonymous stories about how they lost their virginity.
Davenport was coy about how many virgins he will admit to Thursday night's opening play.
"There are a limited number of 'virgin tickets' available," he said. "However, there are not that many virgins in New York City."
Being a virgin will pay off at this show, non-virgins will pay from $25 to $59 per person to see the show.
