Britain's Queen Elizabeth has been voted number one in the world for her leadership skills.
The monarch saw off stiff competition from entrepreneur Donald Trump, U.S. presidential candidate Hilary Clinton and football manager Alex Ferguson, to top the poll conducted by learndirect business.
The organization - which provides a range of products and services to help employers get the best from their workforce - asked 1,000 people to name the person they believed displayed the best leadership qualities.
The poll also found that half of the people surveyed believed they had strong leadership potential and that leaders were made, not born.
Next month, the queen will make her first trip to the U.S. in 16 years. The 80-year-old royal will be accompanied by husband Prince Philip for the visit, which will mark the 400th anniversary of the Jamestown settlement.
The royal couple will be in Virginia on May 3 and 4 to commemorate England's first permanent settlement in North America.
