The Easter Bunny will no longer be allowed in St. Paul's City Hall. According to the Associated Press, a toy rabbit, pastel-colored eggs and a sign with the words "Happy Easter" were removed from the lobby of the City Council offices, because of concerns they might offend non-Christians.

Wisconsin police are releasing details of an arrest made of a 34-year-old man who was charged with attaching an electric shock collar to his 8-year-old stepdaughter's leg. The stepfather allegedly would shock her because she was eating her breakfast too slowly.
