While British sailors were being held by Iran and the world pondered if London would send in Special Forces to recover them, the Irish Army launched a rescue of their own. The Army helped six government ministers escape a faulty elevator in the Irish Parliament building which held them hostage for about 30 minutes.

The prince often dons his camel-colored wool coat - believed to have been a gift from Pakistan - for time pottering in the garden.

The radio station asked listeners to answer the question: "What would you do for 100,000 euros ($130,000). "

A 44-year-old flat iron, given as a gift over four decades ago, is still working and used by its recipient up to this day. Gill Critchett from Southsea, England said she received the Morphy Richards flat iron in 1963 as a wedding gift from her husband Percey.

Woman Dies After Competing in Radio Contest

A woman died after competing in a radio station contest. The contest dared participants to drink as much water as they could and not go to the bathroom. The coroner's office says Jennifer Strange, 28, died of water intoxication. Radio station KDND 107. 9 held the contest and promised a Nintendo Wii game system for the winner who could go the longest without going to the bathroom. Strange was found dead in her Rancho Cordova home hours after taking part in the contest.
