Nude Sunbather Sues For Allowing Dog "Cheekies" At Beach

A nude sunbather is suing for the right to bask "au naturel" with his rat terrier, Cheekies, at his side. The man claims that the dog should be allowed with him because he suffers form post-traumatic stress disorder. Former bodybuilder Mark DelCore, says sunbathing is a great for a skin condition he developed after exposure to World Trade Center toxins while leaving a lower Manhattan gym.

Kraft Foods is facing a lawsuit, after a man claims he found a rodent tooth in a package of peanuts. Carl Cornett, 52, says he found the tooth in some Planters peanuts he bought last year, and now wants $55,000 in damages from the food giant.

An Indonesian TV station is in the midst of controversy as angry vendors lash out about a report that alleges that some sellers were using rat to make meatballs for their broth. Trans TV, however, stands by its Dec. 31 special. "We said it was true and backed up by our findings in the field," says Trans spokesman Ichwan Murni.
