According to Red Bull advertising campaigns the energy drink "gives you wings," and apparently it's not just limited to people, a trailer containing $100,000 worth of Red Bull energy drinks apparently grew wings and disappeared too.
A truck driver reported last weekend that his 53-foot trailer containing 2,880 cases of the popular drink went missing.
According to The Associated Press, Geoffrey Winchester says he parked the truck on Old Highway 51. The Dyer County Sheriff's Department believes another truck must have pulled the trailer away from the truck and hauled off the load Sunday.
Investigators have still not located the flighty vehicle or its cargo, they believe the truck's window had been broken and its satellite tracking system disabled, making the thief's flight untraceable. With the cases of Red Bull still on the lam, some are left wondering if any vodka shipments will be targeted next.
