Missy Jo, a 60-pound bulldog mix, comes with owner Tony Mills, 51, to The Chocolate Moose restaurant for a daily treat of plain cheeseburgers and vanilla milkshakes on the patio. While the seven year tradition makes missy happy, her Veterinarian does not approve of the diet.

Hong Kong's bustling central business district is falling victim to a rat infestation. Between January and June, the area's rat population soared from 0 to 17 percent, based on the number of rats attracted to every 100 pieces of bait.
