A Chinese company has had its license suspended after it tried to make money by selling property on the moon. The Beijing Lunar Village Aeronautics Science and Technology Company managed to swindle unsuspecting customers by selling large swathes of pristine lunar property before being shut down, according to Chinese media reports on Monday.

Rocker Lenny Kravitz is being sued for $10,000 over an overflowing toilet. It's the second lawsuit filed against Kravitz for the August 2004 bathroom mess. The initial suit charged Kravitz' leaking toilet allegedly caused "catastrophic water damage" to a neighbor's apartment and now an insurance company wants the rock star to reimburse it for a $300,000 damage claim.

A Biloxi waitress found a vintage guitar that appears to have Johnny Cash's autograph on it outside the Waffle House where she used to work.
