Some would be thieves in Romania carefully studied their victim, the time needed to steal the money, how to grab the money bag and the escape route. They failed to plan however, the amount of fuel their car would need to make a perfect escape. Police say a 27-year-old Romanian thief was arrested shortly after his getaway car ran out of fuel after just half a mile into a planned escape route.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested after he stole a bus and began driving a route and collecting fares from passengers along a public transit route on Saturday. Authorities said the boy was arrested during incident. The teenager, Ritchie Calvin Davis, drove the bus from the Central Florida Fairgrounds in Orlando, where it was pending an auction sale. The bus is owned by Central Florida Transportation Agency.

This year's annual Drag Queen Halloween Parade in San Francisco won't last as long or have as many activities because of some outsider's rowdy behavior in past years. Every year the parade has attracted hundreds of thousands of participants and viewers. But each year outsiders have become rowdier and their misbehavior caused community officials to have this year's event shortened, Bloomberg News reported Friday.

One of the main backers of London Fashion Week Sunday rejected British government calls for a ban on wafer-thin models as the fashion industry faced a furor over its catwalks. Marks and Spencer chief executive Stuart Rose, who is chairman of the British Fashion Council that is organizing the event starting Monday, tells Reuters, "Outright bans and indeed legislation is definitely not a route we want to go down. "
