A cat named Satan that had been missing for three weeks was finally recovered after its owner in Greeley, Colorado, found the animal trapped inside a bathroom wall.

It is presumed that the mischievous pet sneaked its way into a hole in a nearby apartment's wall while some plumbing work was being done a few weeks ago and was later cemented up.

The cat's owner, Ernie Colvin, searched the neighborhood frantically for the lost Satan while the animal remained trapped in the wall for three weeks. However, when Colvin's 9-year-old granddaughter came to visit the home she heard Satan mewing.

The Boulder (Colorado) Daily Camera reported that the cat was freed from the wall and recovered from its major weight loss at a local veterinarian's office.
