Athens, Ohio - A convicted drug dealer has filed a lawsuit against the search of his business, that turned up more than 50 lbs of marijuana. Now the dealer is suing the dog involved in the bust. Andi, a dog used by the Athens County Sheriff's Department, is listed as one of the defendants in a lawsuit filed by Wayne Francis Green, 46, on Nov. 18. Green, who is representing himself, alleges that a search of his furniture business in 2003 was illegal. During the raid police made a discovery of 50 pounds of marijuana.

Instead of finding something missing from his unlocked car, a Massachusetts man found a $15,000 ring. An anonymous person left a diamond engagement ring in an unlocked car with a type note speaking of their broken heart. The note read: "Merry Christmas. Thank you for leaving your car door unlocked. Instead of stealing your car I gave you a present. Hopefully this will land in the hands of someone you love, for my love is gone now. Merry Christmas to you. "

Polish police say an 84-year-old who went missing since he left home to ride his bike last week, has been found, in good health, wandering around London's Heathrow Airport. A police spokesman says, "According to the family, he just took his bike and left. "

Police search Wednesday for a man who bolted out of a New Zealand hospital wearing a traction apparatus and both arms in casts. The man escaped Wednesday from the Burwood Spinal Unit in the southern city of Christchurch wearing a traction "halo" to correct a serious neck injury, and elbow-to-wrist plaster casts.

Florida police are looking for the parents of an infant who died last year after they fed her fatal doses of vodka to help her sleep. Three-month old Makeisha Dantus died in 2004. Her parents, Mackenson Dantus and Mardala Derival, were charged with aggravated manslaughter last month, but by that time, they had disappeared. Authorities believe the couple is still in Florida.
