James A. Ross, 23, seems to have trouble letting go of his criminal past, which include arrests for posing as a firefighter and a mortician.
On Sunday, he was arrested once more for pretending to be an appliance repairman and soliciting work from two residents at The Woodbury Manor Apartment complex. He was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, which carries a maximum one- year in prison.
He was later released after posting $100 bond.
Ross reached a plea agreement with prosecutors last October, after being charged with falsely reporting a murder. He was sentenced to two years, and released on parole March 24.
"We're obviously concerned about Mr. Ross and why he can't seem to stop this type of activity," Madison County Sheriff's Lt. John Lakin said Tuesday.
