Police have arrested an elderly farmer after he fires a warning shot at a dog harassing his sheep. It took six police cars to arrest Frank Cook, 77, after he fired at a dog to keep it from harming his lambs, in an incident drawing criticism in what many call an exaggeration of police power.

Leroy Johnson, a deputy chief with the Mesa Fire Department, is arrested this weekend after he was found with his pants down inside a neighbor's bar; a gray lamb by his side. He was caught in the act after the neighbor's teenage daughter saw him drag the animal into the barn and notified the cops.
