With Chastity Keeler giving birth to twin boys, a series of twin births began at Lansing's Sparrow Hospital in Michigan. After Keeler gave birth to two boys at 9:05 a. m. and 9:06 a. m. Tuesday, five more mothers gave birth to twins over the next 32 hours. Sparrow nurses, doctors and officials think that's probably a record for the hospital.

A Michigan hospital is experiencing a baby boom of sorts when six sets of twins were born there within 32 hours. The births happened at Lansing's Sparrow Hospital and could mark a record for the hospital according to the Associated Press. Sparrow spokeswoman Nan Simons told the Lansing State Journal Friday, "We have a number of experienced nurses, and it's the first time within their collective memory that we've had six sets of twins born in such close proximity. "

A three-hour shutdown of Tallahassee's airport came to an end after it was found that the bag suspected to contain explosives was actually carrying recording equipment, honey, an oyster shell and seasoning rub. The issue erupted when Transportation Security Administration officers evacuated the airport after they mistook the alignment of the contents of the bag in X-ray images as bomb, says the Associated Press.

A hand grenade from the Second World War was found in a batch of potatoes in an English factory's chip-making machine, prompting an evacuation of the plant. A day earlier, the tip of a shell was found in the same machine.
