Sienna Miller has blasted the press for hounding her.The blonde actress says she's fed up of the media scrutiny following a string of break-ups and reconciliations with love cheat Jude Law.

She is quoted on the MSNBC website as saying: "Yes, I wish (the tabloid coverage) wasn't in my life to the degree that it is or has been, but I accept that it has been a pretty tumultuous year and hopefully it will die down."

The star also revealed she can't understand the constant attention. She is quoted on the Contact Music website as saying: "I just think people must be sick of hearing about my private life! I'm not stupid enough to think that people won't be interested at all, but the attention has been relentless and, to be honest, I find the paparazzi a bit intimidating."

Earlier this year Sienna, 23, admitted she was so sick of the spotlight she had considered quitting Britain - and acting.

She said: "I'd really like not to be scrutinized to the degree I am and if that means leaving England then I will.

"Because at the moment I've come to a place where if this carries on I'd rather not act - and that's my passion."
