Residents in one neighborhood claim to be victims of a lurking, six-toed cat.

Janet Kettman tells AP that "He looks like Felix the Cat and has six toes on each foot, each with a long claw."

She continues, "They are formidable weapons."

The neighbors say, in the report, that the cat has attacked at least a half dozen people some of which were scratched and ended up seeking treatment at area hospitals.

Animal Control Officer Rachel Solveira placed a restraining order on the cat and according to the AP report charged owner, Ruth Cisero, with failing to comply with the restraining order and reckless endangerment.
