Police were forced to intervene in a fight between two 6-year-olds over a pacifier. The attending officer describes the case as "very unusual."

According to The Associated Press

Pawtucket Police Detective Donti Rosciti says one of the mothers called police, requesting the fight be documented because her son had three minor scratches on his face, and she wanted to avoid any abuse accusations.

The patrolman who wrote the report, and spoke to both parents of the parties involved admits, "I've never seen a report with two kids this young."
