Fred Fox at the age of five was told that his younger brother Norman, 18-months at the time, had died with a skull fracture, but was actually sent into care instead. It wasn't until Fox's daughter Helen decided to research the family tree on the Internet only to find out that the younger Norman was searching for his brother all these years too.
