In late May, Jason Martin stumbled across a misplaced cell phone at the back of the restaurant he worked at. Upon scanning the phone book, he was surprised to see a list of names including, Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, George Clooney, Harrison Ford, and Bill Gates. Martin was a bus boy at Brisa Atlantica, a Cuban jazz club/restaurant in Delray Beach. That night, singer Jimmy Buffett had visited the restaurant and lost his cell phone on the way out of the restaurant's back door.

The city of Knoxville, Tennessee paid a private investigator $100 an hour to hit several strip clubs and adult video stores throughout the city to ensure they were adhereing to city regulations according to The Smoking Gun. In a court affidavit, Lundy details the visits, which occured over two nights, Saturday April 23 and Friday April 29, 2005. Lundy describes receiving lap dances at five different clubs; providing explicit details on how at one club, The Mouse's Ear West, he noticed a yellow/green substance on one of the chairs of a table, noting its appearance was consistent with that of acid phosphatase, an enzyme present in human semen.

Jannette Pulido, was charged with misdemeanor assault after a sexual encounter with Frederick Parke. According to police reports, the 23-year-old became aggressive after Parke refused to have sex with her a second time. She grabbed his testicles, squeezed them, and demanded he have sex with her once more.
