Sudden violent winds accompanied by snow caused an 86-car pileup on a western Michigan freeway that injured 25 people. None of the injuries are life-threatening, police said Monday. Visibility was down to zero on the icy road, stacking some of the cars four deep on U. S. 31, reports The Associated Press. Witness Laurie Devries says some of the cars were on fire, with one woman panicking, "Her car was on fire and she couldn't get out so she just passed the baby through the window. We kind of got him up to the hill and helped some other people out of their car. "
