Ten internet users landed movie roles after auditioning on the social networking site MySpace. Producers asked people to audition online and had 500,000 MySpace users chose the movie's director and several cast members.

Gu Gu, the panda bear who is the star attraction at the Beijing Zoo, attacked a teenager who jumped into his enclosure Monday afternoon, according to a zoo official and published reports. Eight-year-old Gu Gu and another bear were being fed when a 15 year old teenager, Li Xitao, jumped over a 1. 4m barrier surrounding the pandas' outdoor exercise area. Gu Gu attacked the teenager, ripping chunks off his legs, said a zoo official who would only give his name as Zhang.

Tetley, measuring three inches in height and 5 inches in length, was the smallest of a litter of eight Pennywell miniatures born to his mother, Poppy Two Socks, at Pennywell Farm, near Buckfastleigh in Devon. "Tetley is the star of the farmyard. " Said Pennywell owner Chris Murray adding that his staff had to get through several false pregnancies before the brood came along.

An Omaha entertainment company is suing A. I. for being M. I. A. for a speech it says the Denver Nuggets star guard was supposed to give in August. Allen Iverson, who is often known by his initials, was booked to make an appearance at a high school in Nebraska, according to a lawsuit filed on Wednesday, but failed to show.

Yorkshire folk are disturbed and baffled by a phantom sculptor who is leaving mysterious stone heads outside their homes. So far, The Sun has reported that at least nineteen heads have appeared across Yorkshire, each different but bearing the same carved symbol that appears to spell the word "paradox. "
