A new research study revealed that viewing advertisements of thin or skinny models may bring stress for some women. According to the study, women who have physical appearance or image problem are at a greater rise for negative effects from media images.

Four firefighters almost lost their jobs after they were caught on video playing a prank inside a tumble dryer. Firefighters Simon Leyland, Glenn Simon and Chris Wilcox filmed their colleague Andy Bruce climbing into the machine at the Blackley fire station in Manchester, England. In the video, the machine was switched on and Bruce was turned over several times as the trio laughed in the background.

According to the National Geographic, firefighters in a Malaysian village recently had to remove an 18-foot-long python from the roadway. The python had managed to swallow an entire pregnant sheep and was apparently too full to move. Unfortunately the stress of moving the reptile caused it to regurgitate the dead ewe.

A college student has survived a fall from a third story window, after he was sleepwalking at his fraternity house at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The student broke eight ribs, bruised his lung, shattered a kidney, and injured his spleen in the fall.
