A fight reportedly breaks out between two South Florida high school students after one pulls the other's hair extensions. An altercation that ends with one of the girls being airlifted to a local hospital with multiple stab wounds. According to police, the 16-year-old girls, both students at Coral Gables Senior High School, were fighting when one girl stabbed the other several times.

Authorities say a 16-year-old student bit into a razor blade while eating a chicken sandwich he purchased at his high school. The Flagler County Sheriff's Office says Craig Beat was not injured when he discovered the blade in his chicken patty Sept. 21.

Croatian soccer fans donate blood this week to get tickets for the national team's decisive World Cup qualifying game against Sweden, reports Reuters quoting Vecernji List daily. The game's organizers have reserved 300 tickets for the donors. But the number of volunteer blood donors in Zagreb is beyond their expectation. According to Reuters, students skip classes to queue in the hospital. Employees throng at the hospital during lunch breaks.

A University of Buffalo student is likely to get ragged on by friends after campus police say he was found passed out in the president's office over the weekend. Officials at the campus say a student was headed home after a long night of drinking and snuck into the president's suite early Saturday morning after the overnight cleaning crew left the door slightly open.
