A new study suggests that most of women would prefer Mr. Medium rather than a man with a large salary and a high-profile job for a long-term relationship.

Researchers at the University of Central Lancashire have found that the reason women prefer Mr. Medium is because they find an attractive successful man 'too good to be true'.

Giving another reason why women prefer Mr. Medium, lead researcher Simon Chu said that they are subconsciously thinking about how much time such men would spend with children.

"While women might prefer men who score highly on both attractiveness and resource-holding potential, it remains possible that these men might be perceived as being too good to be true," a British newspaper quoted Simon, as saying.
