Officials at London Underground have condemned the so-called ski-stunt of a Norwegian man who filmed himself skiing down a tube escalator and then posted the 57 second video on the YouTube Website. The video clip shows a man taking a pair of skis through the underground walkway of Angel Tube station in London before sliding down at rocking speed via the escalator. "This is a dangerous, stupid and irresponsible act that could have resulted in serious injury or death to not only the individual concerned but also other passengers," LU said, according to 24dash. com, adding that strong action will be taken against those who try to perform similar attempt in future.

James Van Iveren claims he was simply trying to save a woman from being raped, following being charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property.
